What happens when you contact Little Lotus Therapy?

You will be responded to within 48 hours. You will then be booked in for a 60-minute clinical assessment at a time convenient for you which is chargeable. This is a friendly and informal process to establish how to best support you. We will then agree a set time and date to commence therapy. You will be given a therapy contract, to provide you with assurance that you are working safely with your therapist.
